Over view: Today at Samarthanam Srishti BPO/Call Centre Training Unit, Dr. Madhu Lodhaya- an occupational therapist and a psychologist delivered guest lecture to the students. She also is a Hubli Champion of Deshpande Foundation and a consultant to various corporate one of which is first source Solutions Ltd.
Since she is well aware of the working culture of BPOs and Call Centers, she shared her experience with the students since they too will work in call centers tomorrow. She spoke particularly on managing work under extreme stressed conditions and real business scenarios.

Additional to this, she also demonstrated how to overcome stress after long working hours and business stress as mentioned above. She in particular guided the students to do some breathing exercises to be relaxed. Students were involved and it was a two way interaction.
