Mr. Bhaskar Bhat conducted a training program for the staff of Bhoraka Charitable Trust for on 14th of February 2011, who are working with HIV affected people at Kalghatagi. The program was conducted in BCT’s Hubli office.
The program started from 10 AM till 4:30 PM. It was about goal settings, relationship management and communication skills.
Briefing all the topics with few activities and motivating them for coming days and also projects. The goal of training the staff in the above skill sets is to help the staff coordinate with the HIV affected people very effectively.
It was a great feeling between the Champions and staff during the training program. Mr. Bhat looks forward to conducting similar programs in future.
