Opportunities for Champions

From 25th June, DCSE provided TOT training for professionals. In that, two of our champions actively participated. It was great experience for them to learn more about training.

Here our champions share their experience with us about TOT.

Madhu Lodaya:

I joined TOT on Achievement Motivation because Mr. Naveen Jha invited me to join and I like learning new things. After this session, I am looking forward to finishing the last module and accreditation. The content coverage and different style of training which is more experiential is excellent for this type of model. It was more about understanding your self and also understanding others. Be aware of your own motivational style and others’ style, so then we can use this knowledge to achieve success.

In this training I learned that if I am an achievement oriented person then I am looking for excellence in all aspects of my life. One can be working in an organization and can still be entrepreneurial. Most important is the clarity of our goal, after that everything else will fall in place. We will be proactive in facing and dealing with internal and external challenges and blocks. We can use this training for ourselves as well as in the future to train others.

Bhaskar Bhat:

"It’s a great feeling to attend the TOT on Achievement Motivation. In fact I being a trainer, I never knew a lot of the new concepts which are related to entrepreneurial skills. Behavioral aspects of Achievement Motivation are filled with mind blowing concepts like people skills, blocks, arena, interpersonal relationship skills, achieving excellence, motivational style, learning style, achievement syndrome and lot more. The training was purely activity driven and full of instruments which are going to help analyze and evaluate each and every behavioral study and their reflections, too.

I hope the third module of the same TOT course will be conducted soon and make us still more successful in our life. "
